By accessing or using the Growque B2B marketplace platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Growque ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful B2B commercial purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Scrape, crawl, or index any content without express written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Business accounts are subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject or terminate accounts at our discretion.

All orders and quotations on the Platform are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices displayed are subject to change without notice.

Quotation requests submitted through the Platform are not binding until confirmed in writing by Growque. Accepted quotations become binding purchase orders upon both party signatures.

Payment terms are specified in each individual invoice. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this Platform belong to Growque or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Growque a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for Platform purposes.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged through the Platform. This obligation survives termination of your account or these Terms.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growque shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
